When Will My Order Be Ready?
As soon as you have received the order completion notice via email/text, your order is ready for pickup and/or ship!
Ordered online? Your order will be completed by the date selected or sooner (the better!)
Ordered in store? Your order will be completed by the date set by the sales associate or sooner (which is even better!)

I Selected "Send A Proof", Now What?
At checkout or in store, if you have asked to "Send A Proof", our experienced arts team will begin designing your custom order digitally and prepare to send via email. We recommend to keep watch of your emails to keep the process smooth.
Don't forget, our craftsmen cannot begin the real work until the proofs have been approved!
What Is The Standard Production Time?
Generally, our production time is 3-5 business days. If additional time is needed, you will be informed by a sales associate. Standard production typically follows this timeline:
All orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday=completed the following Monday.
All orders received Tuesday=completed the following Tuesday
All orders received Wednesday=completed the following Wednesday
All orders received Thursday=completed the following Thursday
All orders received Friday=completed the following Friday
(Holidays do not count as production days)
I Need My Order Fast!
Any order needing completion earlier than 3 production days is considered a Rush Service. Exact time of completion may vary.
Ordering online?
Sorry, items needed sooner than 3 days only qualify for in store orders.
Ordering in store?
Next Day Rush or Two Day Rush is available.
Orders less that $100 = 50% of order's total
Orders more than $100 = 35% of order's total
