4. Orders, Pickup, and Delivery

• All custom orders require customer approval of the final proof before production begins.Digital proofs are provided for review and approval. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details, including spelling, names, dates, and layout, before approval.
• Once a proof is approved, C&J Trophy and Engraving is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
• Production timelines vary based on order size and customization requirements. Production begins only after final proof approval is received.

• Pickup times will be confirmed once the order is completed.

• Delivery availability and fees depend on location and scheduling.

• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, C&J Trophy and Engraving is not responsible for damage, loss, or misuse occurring after receipt. Corrections or replacements will require a new order.

5. Liabilities and Responsibilities

While we strive to provide accurate product information and dependable service, C&J Trophy and Engraving is not liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, supply shortages, courier issues, etc.)
• Losses resulting from improper handling of products after pickup or delivery
• Website interruptions, technical errors, or temporary downtime
• Spelling errors, layout issues, or design elements that were approved by the customer in the final proof

Our liability for any claim related to your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

6. Modifications to Terms

C&J Trophy and Engraving reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the site or services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the site ends immediately. Any outstanding financial obligations remain enforceable.
