C&J's Remake Policy
C&J Trophy values our customers and will always do our best to provide fair solutions when issues arise.
Because all custom awards, trophies, plaques and personalized items are made specifically for each customer, we ask that all order details be reviewed carefully before production.
Proofs
Proofs are available upon request prior to production. Proofs cannot be requested AFTER production or completion.
Customers who request a proof are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, layouts, and designs before approval.
If a proof is not requested, production will begin using the information submitted with the order.
C&J is not responsible to confirm if information is correct, correct any misspells, change dates, etc. if a proof has not been requested.
Remakes & Corrections
If an error is may by C&J, we will correct or remake the item at no additional charge.
If the completed item matches the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering, remakes or corrections may still be available at a discounted rate to help cover production and material costs. No exceptions.
Custom Item Returns
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, completed custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the error was made by C&J Trophy.
Order Changes
Changes to wording, design, quantities, or layouts during production may result in additional charges and could affect turnaround time.
