C&J wants to help with making this process as smooth as can be. It's not every day you come across the need or want for personalized items. We're here to help from start to finish. Here's this process works:
#1. Request Quote or Place an Order
#2. Receive Quote or Payment Request
#3. Order Processing and Production
#4. Order Completed and Ready to Pickup/Ship
#1. Request Quote or Place an Order
Need to request a quote, complete the quote form here:
Required Information: First & Last Name, Mobile Number, Email,
Item Number of Chosen Product(s), Engraving Text, Logos, Images.
More information may be needed based on the complexity of the order.
Want to Call and Order or Request a Quote? You will be instructed to email this information, complete the form above, or visit us in store during store hours. Orders are not accepted by phone.
#2. Receive Quote or Payment Request
Have all required information and details been provided? If yes, great! You will receive a quote and/or payment request as soon as possible. If no, provide details in a timely manner for an accurate quote. Please review our Proof Policy if you wish to review a proof before the next step!
Payment or Purchase Order (for companies) is required before orders proceed to the next step!
#3. Order Processing and Production
Received Quote? Check!
Provided Payment? Check!
Now it's our time to shine... You will be given a scheduled completion date of when your order should be completed for pickup or delivery. The countdown begins after everything has been provided to us.
Your order enters four stages during this time: Creation, Production, Assembly, Quality Check. Updates are not sent when your order enters each stage.
If you haven't heard from us in a few days after placing an order, don't worry, be happy! We're just hard at work with your order making sure to meet your deadline or even beat it!
#4. Order Completed and Ready to Pickup/Ship
Check your email! An email will be sent at the time your order has been completed and is ready for pickup! Your order should be completed before or on the date of your scheduled completion (unless notified of any delays) Pickup is available at anytime during our store hours. Orders for shipping will be shipped when final payment has been received.
