Customer Item Waiver & Liability Agreement

C&J promises to do everything in our power to provide our best services to your personal item. We know how much it means to you!

By placing an order, please understand the following:

-Services provided for my personal item may involve risks, including but not limited to possible damage, alteration or ruin.

-On rare occasions, accidents can happen due to human, computer/electrical or machinery errors. C&J will not be responsible for thr worth of any item if any damage or loss arrives during or after services.

-If a sales associate has recommended not to provide services for any reason (high sentimental value, inability to engrave, etc.), and customer wishes to proceed with personalization at their own risk, C&J is not responsible for refunds under any circumstance.

-If an error has occurred in the process, C&J is only responsible for refunding the cost of customization per incorrect item. We are not liable to cover the cost of the provided item, only the engraving fee.
